Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Fruity Green Haute Provence

The Domaine Beauvence olive grove has 1,400, planted in the 1990s, at more than 400 m above sea level, which offers many advantages (refreshment at night, fewer pests and diseases): planted on a hill in the middle of the forest of pine and holm oaks, the plots are generally oriented to the South for 60% and to the North for the remaining 40%.   The year 2023 was a magnificent year for olives which benefited from very nice rains in Spring in May, at the height of the flowering period. 

The very high temperatures recorded subsequently were managed by working the land to allow humidity to enter the earth.
