The Domaine Beauvence olive grove has 1,400, planted in the 1990s, at more than 400m above sea level, which offers many advantages (refreshment at night, fewer pests and diseases): planted on a hill in the middle of the forest of pines and holm oaks, the plots are generally oriented to the South for 60% and to the North for the remaining 40%.
