Extra virgin olive oil - Bouteillan green fruity

A new aeterna blend from the 2024 harvest The 3 varieties that make up this oil are very aromatic. On the palate, there are very present notes of artichoke and apple. On the nose, notes of artichoke. On the finish, notes of green pepper, specific to the Picholine variety which serves as the base for this blend. The fruits are taken to the mill within 8 hours of harvesting to guarantee their freshness. Its ardor and bitterness soften in the months following vatting. Kitchen association Just put a drizzle on your hot dishes such as fish, grilled meat, steamed vegetables, risotto, ratatouille, mash… or on your cold dishes to enhance your summer salads, green salads, mozzarella tomatoes… or simply on a piece of bread for a simple tasting. Its low acidity level (% of free fatty acids) guarantees great stability and therefore long conservation if it is done in good conditions, away from light and heat.
