A couple of years in the cellar and you can enjoy red meats or even poultry at the table.” Syrah in all its splendor: 99% Syrah, AOP required, for a nectar wine: peppery, candied black fruits, a small vintage of only 690 bottles, the first of its kind in Beauvence for the most demanding lovers. 

Drink from 2023 but with 5 more years it would be even better !   A very beautiful plot, oriented north-south with deep soils which had never supported vines before: planted in Syrah, with the plans for a mass selection of Lilian Bérillon, nothing less was needed for this small cuvée with great ambitions.   Organic cultivation.

Total destemming, semi-carbonic maceration and indigenous fermentation in small 500 liter tanks for 3 weeks to release all the aromas; Pressing then aging in barrels aged 1 and 2 years for 15 months. 

SO2 less than 60mg.                                                                            To be enjoyed at a temperature of 12° to 15°. 

To be consumed between 2023 and 2030.
