Edition limited to 200 numbered Magnums. Organic cultivation, manual harvest started at night to bring in fresh grapes. The different plots were harvested separately. This 2021 Vintage is a real success! A bluish color, a powerful nose with aromas of fresh red fruits, currant. The palate is long, greedy and fresh: fresh red fruits, strawberries and currants. Light and fresh, it will accompany your summer evenings as an aperitif. This gourmet Rosé will find its place as an accompaniment to fish, or with Asian cuisine of seafood or slightly spicy poultry. Located in the Luberon regional park, equidistant from Aix-en-Provence and Manosque, the plots benefit from an average altitude of 400 meters, which gives the wines a nice freshness thanks to the lower night temperatures. . The maturities are later than in the plain, which allows greater finesse.
