Premium cider Cuvée l’extralucidre (75cl)

A premium vintage, the extralucidre will take your taste buds on a journey well beyond your knowledge of ciders.  At harvest, the apples are carefully picked by hand, allowing the fruits to ripen slowly before pressing.  This is followed by meticulous work of aging the juices in order to express all the aromas.   The result, a unique cider with an orange color, a fruity, exotic and floral nose.  On the palate, the attack is fresh.  The slight sweetness at the beginning gradually gives way to a very rich aromatic palette.   At the end of the palate, bitterness and subtle astringency provide the essential length to close this “grand cru” experience.
