Extra brut perry - vintage Abel (75cl)

From a 2020 vintage, this perry was aged for 13 months on lees before being disgorged.  A “champagne” color, a subtle nose and a chiseled bubble bring all the elegance to this grand cru perry.  On the palate its very tense character and its iodized notes will go perfectly with fine clear oysters or other shellfish.
