Chateau Blanc 2019

This is a very original white PDO Languedoc wine made from five local grape varieties planted on the same plot in front of the estate's oak. It is solar and balanced. To be enjoyed with baked fish, white meats in sauce, cooked shellfish, fresh and semi-dry cheeses for example. 2019
