APROS RED VERMOUTH

In the Black Forest, Apros focus on the essentials. That’s why Apros Black Forest vermouths are natural and honest. Made with carefully selected wines from the Kaiserstuhl, where only Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes are used for the production and enhanced with exciting botanicals and local wine distillates. The vinification takes place at the Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein. Base Pinot Noir from the Kaiserstuhl, matured in large wooden barrels and barrique, with rounded tannins and fruity aromas of local cherries. Refined with refreshing citrus aromas of bergamot and cardamom, the sweet and savoury flavour of cinnamon and well balanced lavender notes. Ruby red in colour.
