The nose starts with garrigue and ripe fruit; it is complex and reveals the vintage to us. On the palate the attack is supple and fresh. The material is delicious with a beautiful structure which gives body and a lot of length to this wine. GRAPES: 90% Syrah, 10% Grenache KEEPING: 4 to 6 years VINIFICATION: Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats for approximately 20 days. The work is flexible, the extraction progressive and controlled, so as to obtain a full and supple wine while preserving the fruit. The free-run wine is separated from the presses before reassembly when the sugars are finished. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C PAIRING: This is a delicious and supple wine that will pair well with many dishes.
