APPELLATION: AOP Côtes du Rhône Villages Visan Rosé VINTAGE: 2024 DESCRIPTION: Light and bright, pale pink color. The nose gives off aromas of flowers, lemon and a light aniseed. On the palate, the attack is frank and clean, the mid-palate is full and fresh with a tangy finish that makes you salivate. GRAPES: Grenache noir (90%), 5% Mourvèdre and 5% Grenache blanc and Viognier. KEEPING: 3-4 years. VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting of the grapes at first light, in order to have them at optimal temperature. It is a rosé produced by direct pressing: A gentle and progressive pressing is carried out, and only the free-run juice and the first press juice are used in its production. Natural sedimentation by cold and settling of the musts. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, at a temperature of 13-14°C. Very short-term aging, in stainless steel vats. SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 - 12°C PAIRING: For pairings, the palette is wide. An aperitif or meal wine, it will easily accompany seafood as well as grilled meats or raw fish, sushi or ceviche.
