A tribute to the grape variety so well known in the region and cultivated since the origins of the estate: Syrah. The old vines, some of which are over 40 years old, combined with the geology of our sandy soil, give them a very special character that is out of the ordinary. Very deep to the eye, the complex nose and the ample mouth supported by melted and spicy tannins are the main expressions of the tasting. Grape variety: 100% Syrah Harvest: manual Ageing: 6 months in oak barrels Goes well with your white or red meat dishes, it is with traditional dishes from our region such as pistou or with a good picodon that it excels.
