Rosé: “Summer evening”

Grape varieties: 80% Cabernet Franc and 20% Merlot.

 Characteristics: Fruity, fresh wine, very complex and long-lasting in the mouth with notes of red fruits. 

Can be drunk young, or aged for up to 3 years, the aromas will then evolve from strawberry to cherry. Serve between 8 and 10°C Will be the companion of your aperitifs, your grills, your fish, your cheeses, dessert...
