Discover our Southern Syrah!  The “one and the other” cuvée is produced from a plot of Syrah planted in 1985.                                        This is the oldest parcel of Syrah from Domaine des Favards.                                        This wine is aged for 16 months in oak barrels.     This powerful and elegant wine is best shared around a red meat barbecue.                                        It will appeal to lovers of southern red wines.  Tasting: Very successful with its woody and powerful nose with touches of blackcurrant and black fruits.  Superb mouth which appears elegant, velvety with round tannins, with notes of black pepper and vanilla!  We don't worry about its development!
