An expressive and mineral white.  White Wine AOP Languedoc, ORGANIC White Grenache 70%, Rolle, Roussanne To the eye: a clear, yellow gold color with gold reflections.   On the nose: Fresh, mineral, white-fleshed fruits, notes of eucalyptus, subtle aromas of iodine.   In the mouth: Fresh, generous, fruity, subtle eucalyptus notes, iodine notes, supple, mineral, light body, good intensity, good persistence.
