Red Wine Special Cuvée Centennial vines AOC Corbières Syrah

AOC Corbieres Aged in oak barrels for 24 months Blend: Syrah, Carignan, Grenache Noir and a touch of Cinsault. Drink within 8 years and decant the first year. Serve at 16° A special cuvée from the estate, a wine of great complexity from our oldest vines: our hundred-year-old vines. One of the smallest and fragmented production of the different soils of the estate with a predominance for the schist terroir. Only 1800 bottles produced at the estate, the Syrah and Carignan marriage is revealed here in all its splendour! The palate, ample and generous, nevertheless remains fine and elegant, with a good length and supple and silky tannins, and a toasted note.
