La Fuga, Chianti Rufina DOCG 2021, BORGO MACERETO, fruity and floral red wine

This fruity and floral red wine is produced by Borgo Macereto, a 6Ha estate with terroir rich in limestone and marl, perched at an altitude of 350m in the heart of Tuscany, whose objective is to produce quality wines from Organic Agriculture.
 Vinification and aging: The Sangiovese grapes are harvested by hand according to tradition. 
This is followed by vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, aging in steel tanks for several months, then aging in the bottle, which gives birth to Chianti with character, with a rich aromatic profile.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Rather intense purple-red color. –Nose: Rich aromatic profile with typical Sangiovese notes: red fruits, rose, pepper and tomato leaves. –Palate: Dry, fresh on the palate, but surprisingly structured.
 Aging potential: > 10 years Recommended serving temperature: 16-18°C Recommended consumption: Open and air at least 1 hour before tasting.
