
Coming from the Marche region in Italy, between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains, this mineral and floral white wine is produced by TENUTA DI TAVIGNANO, a certified organic family estate committed to qualitative production and sustainable development. Vinification and aging: This wine is produced with 100% Verdicchio, an emblematic white grape variety of the region, it is fermented in temperature-controlled vats and aged for 3 months in the bottle, in order to preserve the typical characteristics of Verdicchio. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. –Nose: Aromas of fresh fruit reminiscent of green apple and lime, and floral notes such as hawthorn and broom flowers. –Palate: Dry, fresh, mineral, typical Verdicchio profile with a slightly bitter aftertaste, good juiciness and roundness on the palate.
