
DESCRIPTION: This fresh and fruity white wine, produced by the Domeco de Jarauta Estate in the prestigious RIOJA region, comes from a selection of plots located at the foot of Mount Yerga, whose vines are between 15 and 35 years old. Vinification and aging: The harvest is carried out very early in the morning to preserve the aromatic capacity. Then the alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at low temperature, to preserve the freshness, liveliness, and varietal aromas of Grenache Blanc and Viura. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. –Nose: Fresh and clean, with aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, lime zest and notes of white flowers. –Palate: The palate is both fresh and flavorful, with balanced acidity and pleasant herbal notes that complement the fruity and floral flavors.
