Vinification and aging: Fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with native yeasts, then aged in stainless steel tanks for 24 months on fine lees and 6 months in the bottle, this wine with a gastronomic profile and delicately iodized notes, combines freshness, elegance and complexity.
