
Coming from a vineyard in the Limestone terroir of the North-West of Sicily, this fruity and mineral white wine is produced from a Sicilian white grape variety: Grillo, by ASSULI, a family estate where love and respect for nature are values passed down from generation to generation. Vinification and aging: Vinified at low temperature to preserve freshness, it is then aged on fine lees for 4/5 months in stainless steel vats, in order to give this wine body and smoothness. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. –Nose: Beautiful aromatic intensity with notes of grapefruit, juicy apple and pineapple, balanced by a touch of minerality and salinity. –Palate: Silky, elegant and expressive, it offers an explosion of fruity flavors.
