Vinification and aging: Fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature, with native yeasts, then aged in stainless steel tanks for 20 months on fine lees and 6 months in bottle, this wine with a very atypical profile presents the varietal aromas of Fiano di Avelino like roasted hazelnut, which combines with an invigorating minerality and a beautiful length on the palate.
