
Coming from a vineyard in the Limestone terroir of the North-West of Sicily, this fruity and mineral white wine is produced from a Sicilian white grape variety: Zibibbo, by ASSULI, a family estate where love and respect for nature are values passed down from generation to generation. Vinification and aging: Vinified at low temperature to preserve freshness, it is then aged on fine lees for 4/5 months in stainless steel vats, in order to give this wine body and smoothness. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. –Nose: Strong aromatic intensity with notes of apple, peach and Sicilian lemon. –Palate: In accordance with the olfactory sensations, the palate is fresh with a touch of minerality and salinity which balances the fruit. Aging potential: < 3 years Recommended serving temperature: 8-10°C Food/wine pairings: Fish dishes, smoked fish, fried fish, gourmet salad. Certification: ORGANIC
