
DESCRIPTION: This aromatic and tasty white wine is produced by the Eudald Massana estate, a 30 Ha estate in the heart of Penedes, historically working in organic and biodynamic agriculture. Vinification and aging: Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at a low temperature of 15°C, and the wine is aged for only a few months in stainless steel vats before bottling, in order to preserve the freshness and the primary fruity and floral aromas. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Bright straw yellow color with some green highlights. –Nose: Intense aromas of white flowers, caviar lemon, and tropical fruits such as lychee, passion fruit, mango. –Palate: An enveloping texture and an explosion of tropical and floral flavors balanced by a pleasant sensation of freshness.
