
DESCRIPTION: This lively and fruity white wine is produced with 100% Albarino grape variety. The 4-hectare Corisca family estate, located in the verdant region of Galicia on the Atlantic coast, was a pioneer in the conversion to organic farming within the Rias Baixas D appellation.O. Vinification and aging: The grapes are destemmed then pressed. Then, spontaneous fermentation begins using natural yeasts, which lasts 1 to 2 months. It is finally aged on fine lees for 3 months in stainless steel vats with daily stirring, to give roundness and body to this wine, marked by a beautiful acidity. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Bright and clear straw-colored dress with greenish highlights. –Nose: Aromas of white fruits, citrus fruits, with notes of ripe grapes and hay. –Palate: Fresh and balanced, we find flavors of white fruits and grapes, which linger in the mouth, with a long and fresh finish.
