
This round and elegant white wine is produced by Borgo Macereto, a 6Ha estate with terroir rich in limestone and marl, perched at an altitude of 350m in the heart of Tuscany, whose objective is to produce quality wines from Organic Agriculture. Vinification and aging: The fermentation of the different grape varieties already blended is carried out at controlled temperature (max 15°C) in steel vats to preserve freshness and varietal aromas. Malolactic fermentation is carried out to give this wine body and smoothness, then aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats to perfect its finesse. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Light golden yellow color. –Nose: Complex aromatic spectrum with aromas of white flowers, white peach, redcurrant and lime. –Palate: Elegant and delicate, it combines lively acidity and beautiful roundness, and offers an explosion of flavors.
