Our white wines are aged by us with particular attention: after thermo-regulated fermentation in stainless steel vats, they are directly barreled into oak and acacia barrels, then aged on lees for 9 months. Esprit Blanc 2022, floral and light Grape variety: Viognier, Roussanne Aged 9 months in stainless steel vats Aging: 8 years Serving temperature: 10-12° Opinion of the oenologist: Véronique David • Beautiful, bright, limpid robe with pale gold reflections. • The very elegant nose opens with notes of white fruit (pear) with hints of touches of vanilla, spices (turmeric, cumin), beeswax. • On the palate, the round attack lingers on notes of brioche and pineapple. • The finish is pleasant, all in subtlety on an empyreumatic point and dried fruits.
