Rolle, Sémillon, Ugni blanc a cocktail in the colors of Provence Fruity aromas (pears/lemons) and intense freshness The ideal companion for fish, grilled sea bream, sea bass… A wine of remarkable elegance. 

With its captivating fruity expression, it offers a deliciously balanced experience. 

This wine will charm you with its symphony of flavors. Our harvests carried out at night produced balanced grapes, allowing us to express the finesse of our terroirs in this long and smooth vintage. Terres de Berne is the quintessence of the estate’s elegant and tasty white wine. 

Priority to fruity expression and freshness on the palate. 

A night-time harvest with sorting of the grapes, then direct pressing (maceration for a few hours depending on the plot), allows the selection of the finest juices (first presses and core presses). 

Careful settling, reincorporation of filtered lees, fermentations carried out between 14 and 18°C ​​for more aromatic complexity in the final blend. 

Aging on fine lees in vats with regular stirring. Grape varieties: Rolle, Sémillon, Ugni blanc Color: Beautiful pale color, yellow-green reflections, perfect shine Nose: Very expressive fresh nose, notes of lime, white flowers and wild mint. Mouth: Full then fresh attack, nice balance, nice covering roundness. 

Development of fruity aromas (William pear and lemon) with a slightly liquorice finish. Food and wine pairings: Magnificent with a scallop carpaccio, sea bream in a salt crust, cod fillet in virgin sauce.
