Produced in confidential quantities on 6 hectares of clay-limestone hillsides, this wine combines great freshness with a lovely roundness in the mouth. The blend, composed of Sauvignon, Sémillon and Muscadelle, provides a perfect balance between aroma and smoothness. Tasting: Pale color with straw highlights. On the nose, citrus aromas mingle with notes of white fruits and jasmine. On the palate, the wine has a lovely freshness while remaining ample. A wine that is both very pleasant as an aperitif thanks to its freshness but which will go perfectly with fish and seafood.
