Château de Parenchère - Bordeaux Supérieur Red 2021

This vintage is the Château's classic vintage. It comes from vines that are 20 years old on average. Produced and aged in cement vats for 18 months, the wine is not oaked to allow the aromas to express themselves as naturally as possible. With a large Merlot dominance, this vintage is supple and fruity but nevertheless has a beautiful, classically Bordeaux structure. Tasting: Full-bodied, supple and fruity wine with a well-defined structure. The aromas of red fruits are expressed through notes of blackcurrant and morello cherry and blend with notes of undergrowth.
