 Vinification and aging: This Chenin Blanc cuvée is matured thanks to a subtle combination of vinification techniques (1/3 of the juice fermented in barrels and 2/3 fermented in steel vats) and several months of aging on fine lees. allowing you to combine freshness and roundness and preserve lively and crunchy flavors.
