
This fruity and woody white wine is produced from hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes from a selected plot in the Winshaw family's 45 ha vineyard in Stellenbosch.
 Vinification and aging: Natural fermentation in old oak barrels, and aging for 9 months also in old oak barrels, give this wine aromatic complexity and voluptuous texture.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Intense straw yellow color. –Nose: Delicate aromatic bouquet of apple and pear. –Palate: Medium-bodied, it is both fresh and structured, with a nice depth on the palate and a long finish. 
Woody notes add to the fruity flavors, bringing depth to the palate.
 Aging potential: 3-4 years Recommended serving temperature: 10-12°C Food/wine pairings: Pork dishes, chicken dishes as well as fatty fish such as salmon and tuna.
