
This lively and delicate red wine, produced by Oak Valley in the cool Elgin region of South Africa, comes from a selection of south-facing vineyards located between 430 and 470 m above sea level. Vinification and aging: This wine benefits from minimal intervention in the cellar. Whole cluster fermentations, gentle punching down and a careful approach to aging in oak barrels create a delicate Pinot that expresses wonderful fruit and a strong sense of place.
