This round and spicy red wine is produced by Germanier Wines, by selection of grapes from different certified organic plots, coming from high quality terroirs in the Paarl region in South Africa.
 Vinification and aging: Vinified in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature, this wine is aged in stainless steel vats then for only a few months in French oak barrels to give it texture and complexity.
 Tasting notes: – Appearance: Intense ruby ​​red color. –Nose: Aromas of black fruits, red pepper, spices, with secondary notes of leather. –Palate: In the mouth, it is round, enveloping and balanced.
