DESCRIPTION: This bright red wine with Mediterranean aromas has the particularity of coming from a single plot of red Grenache, producing grapes with smaller berries with thicker skin. It is produced by Lagravera, an estate strongly committed to Biodynamic viticulture, located in the Alfarràs region of Catalonia, and surrounded by coastal and pre-coastal mountains. Vinification and aging: Fermentation is carried out with 100% indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats. Intensive pumping over is carried out at the start of fermentation, then to soften the intensity as the alcohol increases. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out with natural bacteria. This wine is aged on lees for 8 months, without added sulfites.
