White Wine Alvarinho "View" By ÉLIO LARA

The Origin: "Wiew" is the result of a work of blending by Élio Lara, associating several batches of wines from the Alvarinho grape variety inspired by the majestic views of their valley. This blend contains wines fermented in French Oak barrels, wines fermented in brown barrels mixing and going to get a little of each flavor from this different moments. Passage in French oak barrels for 6 months in contact with total lees. Tasting note: - Golden lemon color characteristic of the variety, it presents in the distinct and very firm aroma, where citrus fruits, smoky white fruit peels and some discreet notes of soap operas. With impetuous entry, opens into a round mouthfeel filled with lots of earthy mineral notes are cheeky appearing rough and somehow spiced.
