CAVALIER VINCENZO Verdicchio di Matelica Spumante BRUT Classic Method DOC - 2020

100% Verdicchio "Cavalier Vincenzo", one of the founders of the estate, gives his name to this Classic Method Sparkling Wine, 24 months on the yeasts, BRUT, Millesimato 2020.   The freshness and minerality of Verdicchio di Matelica combine with the elegant bubbles of the classic method sparkling wine. 

Thanks to its pleasant acid note, it guarantees immediate and tireless freshness for the pleasure of the finest palates.

 Straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. 

On the nose it is enveloping and intense with notes of grated apple, chamomile, mallow and a delicate yeast fragrance. 

In the mouth the palate is caressed by a very thin bubble. 

Then the elegant notes of medlar, white peach and almond emerge. 

It closes with a pleasant citrus and mineral embrace. ANDexcellent for use throughout the meal, from aperitifs to second courses. 

It goes well with fish and white meat dishes, with the typical ciauscolo of the Marche and with soft cheeses.
