
Coming from the Abruzzo region, this fresh and fruity white wine is produced by Cantina Piandimare whose vineyards are perched on the slopes of the Val di Foro, between the Majella mountain and the Mediterranean Sea. Vinification and aging: Vinification in whole clusters, at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, aging on fine lees for 3 months, and aging for 6 months in bottle, enhances Pecorino, one of the rare white grape varieties typical of Abruzzo. Tasting notes: – Appearance: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. –Nose: Aromas of white peach, pear, pineapple, fuji apple, and acacia flower. –Palate: Fresh and slender sip, well balanced by the typical sweetness of Pecorino.
