Enjoy it with a morel crust, a snail casserole, a chicken in cream sauce, but also with Comté or your cheese platter accompanied by a few nuts. TASTING NOTES Appearance: Deep golden color with golden yellow highlights. Nose: Smoky, powerful, curry aromas, spice aromas, peat aromas. Palate: Complex, powerful, dense, strong intensity, long persistence, spicy notes, curry notes. PREPARATION Aged for 6 years and 3 months in unfinished oak barrels.
