The story of Domaine Sylvain Ravier begins in 2020 in the heart of the Savoyard vineyard, nestled between Mont Granier and Savoyarde, Sylvain Ravier aspires to new adventures in search of unique nature and terroirs. Sylvain Ravier Signature is a real garden at the origin of one of the most beautiful selections of the Savoyard terroir. The Les Argiles vintage takes its name from its clay soils. Boasting a golden color with green and milky reflections, the nose is empyreumatic and buttery with thiolated, spicy and citrus notes: flint, buttery, musk, jasmine, limoncello, apricot and almond, cardamom and green tea. The palate presents a touch of sweetness and the finesse of the mineral structure.
