Sweet Mead

Mead is a fermented drink produced from honey and which, like wine, comes in a wide variety. With New Moon Sweet Hydromel, you can discover a soft mead, which sublimates the honey of the little beekeepers, produced in Wallonia. To accompany this mead, we suggest foie gras, smoked salmon, lacquered duck, a cheese platter or a slice of pie, for example. It can also be drunk on its own as an aperitif to take full advantage of its delicate aromas. Like a wine for laying down, this bottle will evolve marvelously well over the years, and can also be drunk now, preferably at a serving temperature of around 11°C. The alcoholic strength of this mead is 12.5% vol.
