Acorn-fed Iberian Salchichón Salamanca - Piece of 500-600gr

Acorn-fed Iberian Salchichón weighing between 500 and 600 grams approximately. Cut can be between 3 and 5 envelopes depending on the weight of each of them between 100 and 150 grams. This excellent sausage is made with lean Acorn-fed Iberico in natural casing without additives. The production months are January, February and March, that is why it is called campaign. It is presented under vacuum between 500 and 600 grams approximately.
