CHICCHEIO - ROSSO TOSCANO I.G.T Production Region: Tuscany Denomination: Toscana Rosso Vintage: 2010/12 Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Sangiovese Vinification: Fermentation of the grapes in steel vats, followed by aging in oak barrels for a minimum of 12 months. Alcohol: 13.5% vol. Bottle refinement: minimum 12 months Description: Wine with an intense ruby red color. Complex aroma with hints of spices, tobacco and leather. Full-bodied wine with a complex taste: soft, persistent and well balanced. A wine for great aging, it expresses its best if decanted after a few hours. It can be paired with mature cheeses, first courses with meat-based sauces or second courses of roast meats. It is recommended to serve at 18/20 degrees.
