Ample and aromatic, thanks in part to aging on lees for 12 months, 1/3 of which in barrels, Aurélia is a gastronomic rosé that seduces with its refinement and originality. Tasting note: Elegant mango color dress. The nose is subtle and complex, with notes of toasted blood orange and grilled hazelnut. The palate is mature, full and balanced with notes of jammy fruit and spices. A beautiful structure reinforces the original and elegant character of this gourmet rosé.
