Ginerbe – A distilled liquor of cereals mixed with herbs and spices. Ginerbe presents itself with a Mediterranean bouquet with fresh and elegant aromas of juniper berries, rosemary, thyme and lemon zest. In the mouth it leaves a dry flavor with hints of juniper.
