Vintage: 2021 Grapes: 100% Grillo Alcohol: 13% vol Vinification: the skins are fermented in steel at a controlled temperature of 14/16 degrees, and then cold macerated. DESCRIPTION: White wine with a bright straw yellow color, it has a complex floral and fruity bouquet, with clear scents of exotic fruit. White with good freshness with a present but well balanced acidity. In the mouth it is soft and dry with a remarkable persistence. PAIRING: Ideal wine to combine with aperitifs, fish and shellfish appetizers, first courses with fish-based dressings, white meats or vegetables and with fish / meat main courses.
