In the preparation of this drink, we have used the "Continuous hopping" technique by adding Amarillo, Idaho 7, Citra and Talus hops every 2 minutes in the boil, thus covering the entire spectrum of aroma, bitterness and flavor of the hops used in this case, Amarillo, Idaho 7, Citra and Talus. With a beautiful mahogany color, it gives off aromas of freshly cut grass, citrus fruits like grapefruit, and in the mouth you will find an intense but balanced bitterness, and citrus, herbal, and earthy flavors perfectly combined.
