 Wash it in the washing machine or dishwasher in a washing net. 
We recommend one pass per week (between 30°C and 60°C, 1200 revolutions max for spin) to keep it clean. 
It can also be put in the dishwasher on a classic cycle. (provided you wring it out well afterwards).
