Our 100% Iberico Breed Acorn-fed Iberico Ham preserves the aroma and flavor of always thanks to a controlled curing period of 36 months that gives the meat a fine and juicy texture. Coming from Iberian pigs reared in freedom in Salamanca pastures, and fed with 100% natural products, its curing in the shade of our Salamanca pastures provides a unique quality and exclusivity. A perfect pairing for day to day that contains the right level of fat for a healthy diet and provides the vitamins and minerals necessary to face our routine. CONSERVATION AND EXPIRY: Locate it in a cool, dry place that is protected from direct sunlight. Preferred consumption: 24 months. RECOMMENDATIONS: In order for your Ham to retain its characteristics for longer, we recommend that when you receive it at home, remove it from the cotton cover with which we sent it and keep it at a temperature between 16º and 25º.
