The return of products purchased from El Catedrático will be made only and exclusively when it is shown that the product is in poor condition and provided that it has been notified within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the product.
In order to exercise this right, it is necessary that you keep the original packaging of the product and that no more than 10% of the product has been consumed.
Return costs will be paid by the customer.
